About Us
Vaquero Bookkeeping was built on early, hands-on experience in business
operations and financial management.
At 17 years old, our founder began working on the operational side of a family
business while simultaneously pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
Combining formal education in accounting with real-world business exposure
created a strong foundation in financial structure, organization, and efficiency.
Through that experience, one key lesson became clear: a CPA and a bookkeeper
serve different — but equally critical — roles. Accurate, consistent bookkeeping is
what allows tax professionals and business owners to make informed decisions
with confidence.
ANer graduating from university, our founder went on to work as a financial
analyst (auditor) for the State of Texas, gaining experience in financial review,
documentation assessment, compliance analysis, and structured reporting.
Vaquero Bookkeeping was created from a continued passion for business and a
desire to help serious, organized business owners maintain financial clarity while
they focus on growth.
We proudly serve small businesses in construction, trucking, and real estate
